Privacy Policy

Dispatch Trip Estimator is an internal tool for authorized staff of The Driver Dispatch and Logistics Group Inc. It is not offered to the general public.

We collect account information needed to sign you in (such as your name and email, via our authentication provider) and the trip estimates and settings you create in the app. Route lookups may send addresses or map coordinates to Google Maps Platform to return directions and place suggestions.

We use this data only to operate the estimator for business quoting. We do not sell personal information. Access is limited to authorized users and service providers that host or authenticate the app (for example Clerk, Convex, Vercel, and Google).

If you have questions about this policy or your account data, contact your Dispatch administrator.
